Rest Gift Set
Give the gift of Rest to yourself or someone special with our Rest Gift Set. A great collection of calming products to really help wind down, restore balance from the day and improve sleep. This gift contains a No 5 Rest Ela Life Essential Blended Oil for use in your bath, electric diffuser or oil burner, a No 5 Rest Ela Life Facial Oil to cleanse away make-up and moisturize and a Shakti Eye Pillow to aid relaxation and ease tension.
We like to use our Rest Gift Set to really help us unwind, first by running a hot shower and dispensing a few drops of the oil into the shower and allowing the aromas of clary sage, ylang ylang, petitgrain and patchouli to really permeate the bathroom. The Facial Oil can be used to cleanse away make-up, first place a few drops into your hands, rub them together to warm and massage into your face. Wet one of our Moonie cloths (sold separately) to buff, cleanse and lightly exfoliate encouraging the removal of make-up and dirt. Wash off with warm water.
After drying off, we take a few drops of the facial oil and massage these into our face, paying particular attention to our temples to relieve tension and stress. Finally, we take a few moments out to lay down, placing the eye pillow over our eyes to block out the light and rest for five plus minutes.
