Ordering & Delivery
Purchases are processed during business hours between Monday and Friday. Payment can be made via stripe with any major credit or debit card. You must only use a payment card which is yours. Full cleared payment must have been received by exhale at home before purchases can be dispatched. Exhale at home will dispatch purchases within 3-5 business days provided the items are in stock, or sooner whenever possible. You will receive email progress on your order or notified if items go out of stock.
Exhale at home can only accept purchases made from and being delivered within the UK.
Collection
Orders can be collected from Exhale Beauty Therapy, 34 High Street, Brightlingsea, Essex CO7 0AX. Orders must be collected during salon opening hours and only when you have been notified your order is ready to collect. Please collect orders promptly. Any uncollected orders, Exhale at Home reserves the right to refund the cost and cancel the order.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your order but if not please get in contact with us to return your purchase within 7 days of delivery, We will only accept returned purchases that remain unopened and in their original packaging and undamaged and in perfect condition. These return times may be extended during holiday periods or in exceptional circumstances but this remains at the discretion of exhale at home. Provided the goods are received within their original unopened packaging we will issue you with a full refund including your original postage but not the cost of returning the goods to us. You will be responsible for the items until they are returned to us and we have taken delivery. Therefore to ensure your own protection we advise you to repack the items safely and use a secure, tracked delivery method for return that requires a signature. A good idea to ensure you receive proof of postage.
