We like to use our Mankind gift set to reset and feel grounded by first lighting the votive candle in our bathroom, adding a few drops to our running shower and allowing the warm woody earthy blend of black pepper, nutmeg, clary sage and cinnamon to permeate the bathroom. After drying, we will fill our diffuser or oil burner with a few drops of the essential oil along with the recommended amount of water, laying down and placing our weighted pillow over the eyes and relaxing for five plus minutes. Just taking that time to zone out, wind down and reset.
